Description:Time capsules are typically made to be used as communication systems for the future. Historians use them to understand the past, as relevant information of the day is put inside. Time capsules are usually buried or placed during special events or celebrations. This time capsule was enclosed in the foundation stone of the Municipal Hall when it layed in 1888. It contained only a newspaper from that year. It was found in 1960 during the demolition of the Hall.
