Description:The Northern Stores Clothing Company was located at the corner of Bridge Street and Liverpool Road. This photograph shows the shop assistants, and perhaps the proprietor, William Meadon, standing outside. Every spare space has been used in this small shop, to display some sort of clothing. This building stood the test of time and still remained little altered in 2002.
