Description:'The Mounument Lodges' or 'Pickford Lodges' form an entrance to Trentham Gardens.
They lie to the north of the Sutherland monument and were built in about 1775. They are believed to be by Joseph Pickford of Derby, and were built for the 2nd Earl Gower.
They mark the 18th century approach to Trentham Hall which ran alongside the lake.
Currently (September 2020) they form part of Trentham's Monkey Forest.
