Lily's mother is Standing behind the lady in black, Lily's mother has fawn shade of dress and small cloche hat.
At the front left side, sitting at the end, is Liliy's Grandmother Sophia Brunt, her husband was George Brunt one time Band master of Newcastle Brass Band.
The lady in dressed in black on the right in the front row was Lily's great Grandmother Ellen Kersley, (she was a Burrows ).
The church was built in 1905 by Scrivener and Sons of Hanley, and has an elaborate octagonal spire. Judging by the posters seen here at the side of the building it looks like the church hall had been used quite recently as a polling station.
