Description:This photograph was taken at the time of the construction of the By-pass around Newcastle. Behind the sign the Grosvenor, sunken, roundabout was being constructed. The Magnet café can be seen on the far right hand side of this photograph. The building still remained in 2002 as Pinocchio's Italian restaurant.
