Description:The sports hall of Clayton Hall Grammar School. Clayton Hall was the family home of the local landowners (Booth-Lovatt) until 1939 when it became a training base for the Fleet Air Arm. In 1947 the borough council turned it into a school. The school became a mixed comprehensive in 1978 and is now called Clayton Hall Academy.
