Description:A charabanc party on a trip from Bignall End, Audley on their way to London for the British Empire Exhibition. they are pictured outside the Post Office Hotel in Macclesfield. The driver and owner of the charabanc, Richard 'Dick' Farr, is ssitting at the wheel. Richard went on to own and operate three Charabancs. He was working at Jamage Colliery at the time of the 1911 census.
